Welcome to La Mar Wellness, a sanctuary created to support healing, restoration, and a gentle return to self.

We offer registered massage therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and head, neck, and TMJ focused treatments. On weekends, we also provide Thai yoga massage and energy healing to support deep relaxation and renewal.
